They have a very bad customer support. I missed an emi two months ago and paid using the application but after three days they have generated ECS because of which I had to pay the binder charges. I raised a query and no response and the customer support were in return replying in a rude manner that you have to pay it by 5th to avoid these kind of situations.

Your agent are irresponsible, even when I reach out to them they don't respond and just give a vague answer. Most of everything about this sucks cause ur app don't function properly, ur customer support doesn't have all the answers and ur loan officer hasn't responded to for three weeks after collecting the documents. So over all u guys either don't wanna work or just love slacking off way too much. If I had the option of a negative review even that would not be sufficient for this xperience.
