Implementation of at least two of these suggestions would warrant a five-star rating.

Needs much more improvement, stability and easy to use. • Make Text field optional (only title is enough) • Pick current date by default. • Allow Scrolling while typing on keyboard. • Single back press will exit the app after pressing save button.
