Calibrates well with vehicles for towing measurements.
Provides accurate hitch weight measurements when working properly.

App crashes frequently, especially with Bluetooth connectivity.

Works ok during setup of my distribution hitches and my Toy Hauler camper. Software could be a little better and provide the meaning of what you are seeing and how to correct, to get 100% accuracy.

Originally used on a 2017 F150. Weight measurements were never accurate compared to scales and often inconsistent. Tried again just after purchasing a 2023 F150 but the app responded that no calibrations existed for my VIN. Fine, not yet in the database. One year later and I try it for the same truck and it still did not have calibrations for that VIN. If you're not maintaining the database, what else is being neglected?
