Holistal is a health-tech company that helps companies and organizations create better health through evidence-based microhabits - both digital and physical.

Commitment is the most important factor in creating sustainability in health. We have an algorithm that helps us identify behavioral patterns, and work with coaching your employees in health.

We have three different types of coaching;
• Diet and eating behavior - here we collaborate with several of Sweden's leading dieticians.
• Exercise and movement - we have several personal trainers who design programs for your level.
• Self-leadership and personal development - ICF-certified coaches who help you with your needs.
