I absolutely love Clarity. Its a great mindfulness tool when I'm feeling anxious or when I can't sleep. The session times vary to fit nicely in your say and can be easily accessed. The option of voice and background sound are fantastic to really customise the experience. Love it! Added bonus the background sounds are great to help the littlies drift off to sleep too.

Really enjoying this app. Having tried other mindfulness apps, this is refreshing as it's tailored to women's many and varied needs. Easy to use and really effective. I've even tried the InstaCool techniques with my 8 year old who struggles to get to sleep because he's too hot!! Nice to have different voices guiding you through the sessions too.
