A great service for when you can't get to a local Dr's office for a prescription refill or diagnosis. The staff is very thorough, kind and effective.

Sadly, the worst followup from an online doctor. Curai/Dr David Liu was assigned to my request, issues were encountered with the prescription and there was no followup or support, just welcoming me to make, and pay for, a new virtual visit. Additionally the prescriber wrote commentary in the prescription directions making it difficult to get resolved.
