2024-08-24	Ba*****	This app has had issues, but became relatively stable for a year or so..... now the latest update and login change has rendered it useless (and yes, i followed the emailed directions - multiple times). You cannot make it past signin... you signin, it works (no bad login message) and then sends you back to signin screen.... rinse... repeat

2024-02-21	Ro*****	After some difficulties I was able to gain control of the generator through the app. It worked great for two montha and then the server went down. However, their IT was able to bring it back within a couple of days and they released a new version (7) that seems to work fine. Their response was immediate and I can not complain about their customer engagement. I am happy with it and this app.

2024-02-16	Ma*****	Worked great first 2 years. Year 3 have had nothing but problems. App went down. Cold weather froze generator so it just flooded instead of starting. Power went out , had to go outside in a storm & manually start it after it flooded. Still not right after people came out to fix it. Cloud went down so I can't get reading on smart phone & can't update. Calling again to get setup on my phone. Had an appointment 2/15/24 , no show or call. Still paying for this generator. Very unhappy old lady!

2023-01-28	Cy*****	Update: Most of what was goofy about this app has been fixed. My previous review was harsh and I'd like people to know that it is now much better. There are still some functions that don't work fully. For example, you can change the exercise schedule from the app but have to check the display on the generator to verify. This seems odd, but is only an inconvenience and once it is set you don't need to do it again.

2022-11-22	St*****	Actually 0 stars. The contact email in the app is incorrect (as per telephone support) so you never get a reply to any questions. Generator name constantly get reset to "Genset". You can't see the current exercise schedule, Last exercise data usually shows "not available" even though the Event log shows an exercise completion. It's not just the app with problems, cloud website also. Until Cummings gets their act together, don't waste your time (or money) hooking to cloud

It does not show that an exercise run is in progress on the main screen - have to go to Data or Notifications/Events. And - it does NOT read the generator exercise schedule -- I can input a schedule - but it tells me to go look at the generator control panel to see if it kept it. If I have to do that - I might set it at the gen
