2023-04-20	Aa*****	This bank sucks and is completely trash they overdraft your account with overdraft fees that shouldn't be there and then want to argue and fight with you about overturning them and make you eat the charges so for anyone reading this go to a different bank if I could afford to go anywhere else believe you me I would in a heart beat

2023-02-03	La*****	The new update from November 2022 makes the app almost impossible to use on my android. When I try to look at my accounts the app freezes and I'm bombarded with messages from my phone asking to close the app or wait for it to load. The messages are constant, everytime I hit wait they come back within a few seconds. The app is laggy and harder to navigate than before the update. I used to use it all the the with no issues but now I don't even bother to check it.

2017-08-08	A *****	It tells me my credentials are wrong for log in, about a third of the time, when if I'm home I turn around and type my password in a laptop and it's fine. It locks me out of my account, so unless I'm in front of a computer, I can't pay my cc or check my balances. Frustrating, especially while traveling when I can't access my account
