Pros

Great for communication between nannies and parents.
Helps track hours and activities of children.
User-friendly interface for both nannies and parents.
Customer service is responsive and helpful.
Affordable for the features it offers.

Cons

Experiencing frequent bugs and glitches, especially with loading screens.
Issues with photo sharing and downloads.
Calendar and scheduling features need improvement.
Multiple users have to pay separately for the app.
Inability to save videos or add expenses.

Recent reviews

Good app, but it needs improvement. I love being able to communicate with parents and input daily care, but I've noticed a bug with the premium version (which is very affordable). One minute, I have access to messaging and pictures, and the next, it says I have to pay.. not sure why this is but hope it gets fixed soon along with the loading issue (sometimes I end up just seeing a loading screen instead of information and have to close then reopen the app)

Would happily give 5 stars if I could still update the parents to what we're doing instead of a loading screen. If I'm paying to use these features, I'd love for them to work
