2026-08-08	Mi*****	The app, when working, is great. I did have a problem and Mauyelin Avendaño helped me reinstall and verify the account. The service from support alone was excellent and is the reason I will continue to use the app.

2026-07-29	Al*****	Just a warning based on my experience. I bought an EcoFlow Delta 3 and a solar panel through Cubatel. The solar panel was never delivered because they said it arrived damaged. The power station is only 3 days old, but I'm already experiencing battery concerns and the Bluetooth doesn't work, so I can't update the firmware. Customer service refused my claim, saying there's no warranty and only 24 hours to report issues. Be sure you understand the risks before buying expensive electronics.
