It's shows bus timings wrong and sometimes it's shows journey hasn't started but bus comes . Like it's very bad and gives wrong information. You can't track bus anymore like where is the at the particular time.

2025-01-16	Ma*****	I'm extremely dissatisfied with the bus service I've been using. The buses frequently arrive late, and when I try to inquire about the delays, the staff seems completely uninterested in providing any explanation or assistance. What's even more frustrating is the rude behavior of the staff. They seem completely unbothered by the inconvenience they're causing and are unwilling to offer even a basic apology
