MyTax is a dedicated communication platform connecting tax accountants with clients.

Operated by the IT Corporation of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants, it is securely accessible only to clients who have completed a retainer agreement through the Platform Tax Accountants.

Now, handle all communication and feedback necessary for your tax business conveniently and smartly within the MyTax app, from checking important tax notices registered by your assigned accountant and submitting documents easily to receiving tax return results and payment slips.

■ Key Features

① My Consultation | Close 1:1 Communication

You can engage in close, one-on-one consultations with your assigned tax accountant.

Consultations proceed systematically by selecting one of six inquiry categories (General, Information, Verification Request, Payroll, Accounting Data, Other) to suit your business context. When a tax accountant's response is registered, you will be notified immediately via push notification, and real-time communication is possible through comments and replies.

② My Notices | Check Important Tax Office Announcements

You can immediately check important tax schedules and guidelines, such as VAT, Comprehensive Income Tax, and Corporate Tax, registered in the Work Management Tax Notices section, ensuring you do not miss them.

We will promptly notify you via push notifications when new announcements are registered.

③ My Filings | Check Filings and Payment Slips

Securely check and download filing result documents and payment slips for various taxes, such as VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Tax, shared by your tax accountant, with a single touch.

※ This feature is a communication menu for checking final filing results and documents provided by the tax office; it is not a function for tracking the filing status with the National Tax Service in real-time.

④ Tax Accountant Request | Document Submission with a Single Touch

Check and immediately send essential documents requested by the tax office, such as payroll ledgers and four major insurance data, directly within the app.

Intuitively monitor submission deadlines and processing status (Pending Submission / Submitted) to completely prevent work omissions.

⑤ Convenient File Attachment and Notification Center (Applicable to all menus)

[Full Camera/Gallery Support]: Supports not only document file uploads across all four menus but also convenient uploads via smartphone camera capture and gallery selection (Photos/Videos) (Max. 100MB).

View real-time notifications such as consultation responses, announcements, and document requests in one place and set individual reception preferences.

■ User Guide

This app is a service exclusively for client firms operated by the Korea Institute of Certified Public Accountants IT Corporation.

Login information is provided only to member firms that have successfully concluded a retainer agreement through the Platform Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Upon initial login, you can use the app after changing your password following a secure PASS identity verification step to ensure account security.

For inquiries regarding login account information and usage, please contact your assigned tax office.

■ App Access Permission Guide

The following optional access permissions are required to provide the service. Basic services can be used even without granting permissions.

Camera: Used for submitting supporting documents and receipts after taking photos directly.

Photos and Videos (Gallery): Used for submitting documents by selecting photos saved on the device.

File Access: Used for uploading files from the device, such as official PDF documents.

Notifications: Receive real-time push notifications regarding consultation responses, tax announcements, document submission requests, etc.
