app half works, when you call the number or go to the office they tell you to use the app, but some of the things are not even an option on the app. when you call they tell you to email. the email tell you to call. they all go back and forth and then keep saying use the app. but it's doesn't match up with what they say to do. Have updated and updated app. it's ridiculous
