Texas Heritage Bank

I don't expect this app to be equal to what the big banks supply, but it does need to be functional. I currently can't get into my account because it tells me I have to update my password & takes me to a screen to do so. However, there is only one field shown & it gives me an error message that the password in "both fields" must match. This needs to be fixed immediately! There are also many other problems with the app, but this one is unexcusable.

I don't know if the app works, see I've been discriminated against. See here is what happen. I received a letter in the mail with my correct address but they can't confirm my address - they never asked, Denying my request whenI have a lease, two letters from the I.R.S., a ticket mailed to me, mail for a year and the original change of address form, and letters from other finacial institutions, How can I feel safevwith the racists handling my money, when I don't check all the right racial boxes?
