My experience with this company is frustrating. Not only do their machines breakdown ALL the time, no replacing just keep fixing the same problem on the same machines. BUT it's getting more and more impossible for me to afford to do my laundry in my own complex. Almost $5/load is outrageous. $2 was great, even $3 wasn't horrible. but they shot the prices over $2 in less than 2 yrs, for no reason, with ZERO warning. VERY disappointed in this company.

Submitting a refund request doesn't work! The app doesn't work. Half the time I don't bother. Not to mention the lost time it takes to re use a working machine!
