I have to fight with customer service every time to get my crypto transferred to my wallets. I've had 3 horrible experiences ,the most recent one being now! Trying to transfer some ETH to a different wallet. Do not use this app! 100% Serious! Update... they stole my crypto! Fake hash tags sent as well! Insane!!!

2024-12-07	Mi*****	I used the product for years and there were little bugs, but it was no big deal. Then I tried to transfer my crypto to another wallet and then I discover that that doesn't work at all. It has been almost a month and I can't get my money out. They say it is a bug they are working on, but how is a principle function of your tool just totally broken? Save yourself and do not use this app!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2024-12-03	Ri*****	Fake and loosing money app. You can not even reset your password. And after reinstalling and opening the app, not possible to top-up their virtual card from my wallet. They do not allow it. Just sending mail "we solved the problem, try now" and all the time the same sh..t. Money are gone. Do not use this app!!!

2024-09-21	Kr*****	Dont use. They won't let me into my account. All my info is correct.. won't let me even use my key code.. so, getting all my coins stolen what it feels like... I contacted support, they keep telling me to delete the app and reinstall. I still can't access my account. They keep wanting me to change my pw, which I still can't access. Now, want me to video tape myself changing my pw.. why do I have a key code if I can't use it to access my account. Should also be phone number or email for access.

They claim there is no issue but multiple complaints on their X account says otherwise. I am not alone here. Their customer service is laughable and they do not update tickets. 😒 They switch from in app customer service to emails and they stop replying. They were delisted from major exchanges for a good reason. Avoid at all costs. RUN!!!

2024-03-07	Sa*****	App is absolute garbage. Received an email at the end of Januay to update KYC. Tried to upload Passport photo with no success. Been going back and forth with support and only reply is to update the app. Since I have the latest version available there is nothing to update. I un-installed and reinstalled and finally I am able to upload the passport picture but not able to do the next step which is the selfie. The app crashes. Response from support. 'Update the app'.

Reached out about by email about the issue, and then no response, no other options about uploading the documents which seemed to be a very urgent matter, I even had a deadline to do so but not anymore after asking by email directly. And now I can send my btc to any other wallet.

2024-01-23	Ra*****	So the app does not work. I want to get verified and it allows to upload passport but locks the screen of face verification. Support is horrible and not helpful at all. Also if I ask if I will get a platic card, provide my nationality and country of residency, they say "we will see" . Ridiculous. I will just use something else this is total BS.
