CryoGuys

CryoGuys is a dedicated app for employees of CryoGuys cryotherapy franchises, designed to streamline the collection of essential client information and session data for high-quality cryotherapy experiences. This app is exclusively for CryoGuys franchise employees, and public registration is not available. Only employees with credentials provided by the CryoGuys admin can access the app.

Access & Security:
• Exclusive Access: Only registered franchise employees can log in with admin-provided credentials. The app does not offer a signup feature for public or client use, as franchise registration is managed by the CryoGuys admin.
• Secure Login: Employees log in with their email and password. If needed, they can reset their password using the app’s secure password recovery feature.
• Admin-Controlled Account Management: Client data is stored locally for privacy, until the employee wishes to sync that data with the database server. Franchise account setup and deletion are managed entirely by the CryoGuys admin.

App Workflow:
Once logged in, the CryoGuys app is designed to guide clients through an efficient data entry process, providing employees with an easy way to record and manage client information. The app functions in a streamlined, step-by-step form format.
1. Terms and Conditions: Upon login, the app displays a mandatory Terms and Conditions screen. The client must accept these terms before proceeding.
2. Client Information Screen:
o Required Fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Date of Birth. Clients under 18 are prompted to provide a guardian's name.
o Optional Social Handles: Clients can add their Facebook or Instagram handle if desired.
o Offline Functionality: On the initial download, after logging in the app requires an internet connection to retrieve the data which will be shown to the client. That data, once retrieved is stored locally in the device, after that the app works seamlessly offline.
3. Select Sports Screen:
o Clients select one of five sports categories: Pickleball, Soccer/Cheer, Wrestling, Marathon, or Athlete. (These sports categories are set by the admin and can be increased or decreased according to client response)
o Each sport has a unique questionnaire to gather specific information on any existing pain or discomfort areas that will help customize their cryotherapy experience.
o Multiple Sport Selection: After submitting, clients can choose to fill out a form for an additional sport if desired. If not, the app returns to the Terms and Conditions page, ready for the next client.

4. Data Storage and Sync:
o Client specific questionnaire data collected is stored locally on the employee’s device.
o Sync Button: A Sync button appears on the Client Information page only when locally stored questionnaire data is detected. Employees can choose when to sync data to the franchise's secure CryoGuys server to ensure data backup and accessibility. Internet is required for syncing. The app automatically checks whether Internet connectivity is present or not, if an action that requires internet is done, the user will be notified about the connectivity status.
CryoGuys is built with the unique needs of cryotherapy franchises in mind, providing a comprehensive yet straightforward tool for secure client data collection and storage. Perfect for offline use during busy franchise hours, the app syncs critical information with the franchise database whenever internet access is available.
