Pros

Basic functionality of tracking steps and sleep is satisfactory.
The app and watch are generally functional for basic tasks like step counting.

Frequent disconnection from the watch.
Lack of syncing capabilities with other fitness apps like Google Fit, Samsung Health, or STRAVA.
Limited features compared to competitors, lacking advanced health monitoring options like continuous heart rate and sleep tracking.
Update issues causing failures and disconnections.

Recent reviews

Often during the day the app disconnects from the watch. This app provides bare minimum to be considered ok. I would appreciate more advanced features like options for setting different strength of vibration, ability for 24/7 heart rate monitoring. Smart alarm to wake you up in the lightest phase of the sleep cycle and so on. I used to have a cheap smart band from xiaomi which had better worked out features than this 4x more expansive watch and app.

Happy with the watch and the app, but I dislike that only the steps are synced with HealthConnect. I'd like to sync at least the heart rate too, to have the history in HealthConnect. From there I can then use it in other apps or services.
