User Reviews

Reviews often praise Croux for being easy to use, offering flexible shifts and extra income, and paying quickly. Helpful support is another recurring positive. The main repeated drawbacks are limited local job availability, occasional technical issues, and account or approval difficulties. Experiences vary by location and user.

Pros

Easy to sign up, navigate, and apply for shifts.
Flexible work: users can choose shifts and work times that fit their schedules.
Useful source of extra income, with a variety of gig opportunities.
Fast payment, often the same day or within 24 hours.
Responsive, helpful customer support.

Cons

Job availability is limited in some areas, leaving users with few or no local shifts.
Some users report technical problems, including app bugs and trouble confirming shifts or receiving job notifications.
Some users have difficulty accessing or maintaining their accounts, including issues with approval or background-check status.

Recent reviews

I had issues when updating my phone # & email, then again once I was told I was good to go with applying. Now it says my background check is in process AGAIN so I've been missing out on jobs.
