This app is useless and so it the technical support of Crossbeats. Unable to download "Watch Face". Raised the issue but despite my several requests they didnt bother to resolve my request, rather they stopped even responding to the query. If one has a choice, avoid purchasing this product! July 2023 It seems they have stopped updating app. Now the Watch is useless as I can't set the time and date. Horrible! Will never buy any product from this brand.

Everytime I install the app, the app doesn't open properly so it opens for a second and then it automatically closes .. tried installing in another phone but no change in results..the same thing..app opens and then after a second automatically closes so one cannot simply use the app..This means purchasing the so-called 'Smartwatch' is such a bad decision because you cannot simply pair it with your smartphone.. very bad decision to get this watch..not recommended at all

If i could have given this app a minus rating, I would've. The app doesn't even open! FULL OF BUGS. Just downloaded it, and tried opening 27 times. It shows it opening screen, then closes the app. One of the WORST apps ever. 100% not recommended.
