TextTiler

🟧 TextTiler is a new type of daily word game.
No words are determined in advance, so you make the words. It's a game that rewards skill, planning ahead, and having a good vocabulary!

🟧 Every game is different
Each game has a letter order that can be played in millions of different ways. Drop the letters into the grid to create as many 4- and 5-letter words as possible, horizontal or vertical.

🟧 Two game modes: Daily and Random
The Daily letters are the same for all players that day, but the Random letters change every game. Daily mode lets you replay the same sequence of letters and compare your results against other players. With the Random order, you never know what's coming next, so each game is different.

🟧 It's easy to play...
On each turn, you can:
1. Select a column in the grid by tapping it.
2. The letters above the grid show the next letters to place.
3. Drop either of the last two letters in the column selected.

🟧 ... but hard to master
Playing TextTiler is simple, but it requires careful thought and skill to do well and get a high score! Here are some starting tips:
1. The 5-letter words give more points than 4-letter words, so try to plan for those.
2. Create several words on a line. For example, "bears" creates three words: "bear," "bears," and "ears." You'll get points for all three.
3. Common letters appear more often. It might be worth waiting for an "e," but it's usually not worth holding out for a letter like "j" or "x."
