Croft Farm Manager

Croft Farm Manager makes daily poultry farm record-keeping simple, fast, and reliable.

Farm workers can record feed usage, flock health, and egg production directly from their phone while working in the poultry house. Entries take less than a minute, and the app continues to work even without an internet connection.

Feed records are easy to enter. Select the poultry house, feed type, and batch, then record the amount in kilograms or bags. Set the weight of a bag once, and Croft Farm Manager automatically converts it to kilograms. You can also see how much feed remains in each batch before recording usage.

Keep accurate health records for every flock, including mortality, vaccinations, treatments, diseases, inspections, and growth checks. Add notes to describe observations or actions taken on the farm.

Record egg production by individual eggs or crates. Once the number of eggs per crate has been configured, Croft Farm Manager calculates the total automatically.

The Today view gives you a clear overview of every poultry house, showing what has already been recorded and what still needs attention.

Croft Farm Manager is designed to work in areas with unreliable connectivity. Records are saved securely on the device first and automatically synced when an internet connection becomes available. If an entry cannot be synced, it remains visible so it can be reviewed and corrected instead of being lost.

Account features include two-step verification, signed-in device management, push and email notifications, light and dark themes, and adjustable text size.

Croft Farm Manager helps poultry farms keep accurate records at the point of work, giving farm teams a clearer and more reliable view of what is happening across their flocks every day.
