We were introduced to 5 star Hospitality and modern systems and technologies, all that worked very well. Imperceptibly, this created a distance between the Healthcare Professional and the Patient. Currently, a significant number of patients don't really know their Healthcare Partners. Walking into a plush environment does not ensure quality.
