Each company creates a campaign to share with you what they want to know about their product or service. Available campaigns may vary depending on your profile, location, gender, age, etc.

How many video calls can I make?
You can sign up for as many campaigns/surveys as you want, you just have to respect the assigned times so as not to overlap video calls at the same time. You will have a calendar where your next calls with Criterius are organized in an easy and visual way.

How much and when will I receive payment?
The reward amount may vary depending on the type of interview; at the time of registration for the campaign you will be able to see the amount paid.
In order to collect your money you must have completed the interviews and accumulated a minimum of €20 in your wallet and it will be credited to the indicated bank account within a period of 7 to 14 business days.

Remember to have your phone with enough battery (+ 20%) or have a charger on hand, remove the mute and turn on the camera of your Android device.
