Quarters Complaint Management

Quarters Complaint Management is a user-friendly application developed in collaboration with the Mysore division engineering team, aimed at simplifying the handling of quarters complaints within Indian Railways. This system enables registered quarter holders to submit complaints digitally, eliminating the need for paperwork and providing an efficient way to monitor the status of their requests in real-time.

Currently in its beta version, the application supports data from the Mysuru, Bangalore, Solapur, and Pune divisions, with plans to expand to additional divisions soon. By streamlining complaint management, it enhances communication and responsiveness between residents and railway administration, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
