User Reviews

Reviewers praise the CrestReel dramas for engaging stories, plot twists, and fantasy elements. However, many complain about the cost. Chapter prices fluctuate between 52 and 100 coins, stories are cut off to push weekly payments, and some users paid without getting VIP access. Cancelling subscriptions reportedly proved difficult, and sign-in only works with Facebook. Several users said they would uninstall the app or stop using it because of these billing and pricing problems.

Pros

Engaging stories with good plot twists and fantasy elements
Reviewers say the stories hook them and keep them interested
Some users enjoy the dramas and find the content entertaining

Cons

Chapter prices change often (for example 52 to 92 to 72 to 100 coins), which frustrates users
Stories are cut off and require paying more, often on a weekly basis, to continue
Charges and billing are confusing, including VIP payments that don't grant access and a promotion that charged more than advertised
Cancelling the weekly pass is difficult, and some users had to dispute charges with their bank
Sign-in is limited to Facebook, with no Google option
