Credit Line

Credit Line is a digital platform that empowers you by connecting you with third-party providers offering loans. Credit Line partners with credible employers to gain access to payroll data. An employee must individually consent and opt in before their salary details are collected. This information is then used to calculate the employee's affordability (portion of the salary used for servicing a loan). The approved affordability is shown to the employee within the app once they are granted access. Checks are performed to ensure the affordability does not exceed what is allowed by regulation. After the onboarding process is complete, the employee will receive a set of credentials that can now be used to log in on the Credit Line app. On the app, the employee can then access a wide variety of loans provided by licensed lenders. Employees can enter the account that they want to receive the funds to once the loan has been approved. Checks are put in place to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent over indebtedness. Our app does not directly provide loans or financial products; instead, we enable access to a range of financial services through licensed partners, helping you make informed financial choices with transparency and convenience.

Loan Amounts: MWK 10,000 – MWK 10,000,000
Loan Terms: 61 to 731 days
Loan Interest Rates: Flexible rate options up to a maximum APR of 36% per annum
Facilitation Fee: 2 - 5 percent, once off

For example, an assumed borrowing of MWK 50,000 over 6 months at an annual interest rate of 36.0% would result in a representative rate of 36.0% APR, with monthly repayments of MWK 9,229.88. The total amount repayable would be MWK 55,379.25.
