Cred Customer

Cred Customer is an internal application designed to support credit operations and loan management. It includes the following features:
* Home: Provides an overview of key financial metrics including PAR, Loan Outstanding, Disbursements, Minor/Major classifications, Collections, and Loan Quality — filterable by Branch and Credit Officer (CO).
* View Repayment: Displays repayment history and payment records for individual customers.
* View Collateral: Shows collateral information associated with customer loans.
* View Arrears: Lists customers with overdue or late payments for follow-up and monitoring.
* Loan Assessment: Enables Credit Officers to initiate and process loan renewals or recreations for existing customers.
* Write-Off (WO): Displays loans that have been written off due to non-repayment.
* Drop Pin: Shows the geographic locations of customers on a map for field visit planning.
* Payment Calculator: A read-only tool for calculating estimated payment schedules and amounts for clients.
* Event: Records and displays reasons behind arrears for reporting and analysis purposes.
* Disburse: Tracks and displays disbursement records broken down by Credit Officer and Branch.
