I was so disappointed with this app that I was practically heartbroken. I had such high hopes for it. But its promises were premature. It's a beautiful idea. But until they renovate every aspect, it's just a dream.

This app makes it impossible to cancel and delete your membership. I have followed all directions, I have contacted their Help multiple times, I even spoke with a 3rd party biller who said they were cancelling the account, but the "confirmation" email I received does not say it was cancelled - it's hard to tell what it actually means at all. And still the app says I cannot complete the removal/deletion of my account because I haven't cancelled/closed it yet.
