Used to work just fine but now the dashboard doesn't allow access to the sound controls. It says that bluetooth needs to be connected , but it is and music is being sent from s24 phone to the iroar go. What's going on here???

Please develope a new App for the IRoar Go. None of the Creative apps work. I can't update the firmware. It won't even connect with Bluetooth. I don't need technical assistance, I need an App that works with my IRoar Go.
