CreateBooking, is a service for companies made available by signing a contract and RGPD agreement, integrates the physical service of a meal and accommodation reservation center with a computer platform that organizes and makes available all information online and in real time, the reservation center channels, makes and pays all customer reservations and the platform organizes and makes available all information online and in real time. App available without additional costs, it will support the service and allow access to the operational functions of consultation, requesting reservations, filling out guest lists, photographing invoices, notifications and alerts, as well as searching for suppliers by geolocation. Both on the platform and on the App, access to information is defined by the customer and protected by password and login, the information being parameterized company by company, user by user, all user notifications are defined and allowed by the company and each user in the system can inhibit any notification that is considered fundamental by the company your employer to which it will be aware and approve when downloading the App.
The service provided is paid by the company in the form of a fee and proportional to the amount paid and managed by Create. The download of the App is of no interest to third parties and even if it is downloaded it will have no information other than a generic description of the service.
