Early on the connection to our network was a challenge. After getting a booster installed on the spa and on our home network things worked much better. The ability to monitor water chemistry with a smart device helps much with controlling that.

The app stops working. I haven't been able to connect in over a month. Tried force stop, turned the breaker off then on, checked the wifi extender, called tech support, who then called me and gave me another number to call. I called left a message no one ever called me back. I am truly disappointed in the entire experience. Considering how much it cost to buy this hot tub I would expect more.
