HelloCall: AI Voice Agents

HelloCall gives your business an AI voice agent that picks up every call, talks naturally in your customer's language, and gets the job done: booking appointments, answering questions, taking orders, qualifying leads and reminding customers about payments.

Run your whole calling operation from your phone with the HelloCall app.

AI AGENTS THAT ANSWER EVERY CALL
• Your agent answers incoming calls on your business number, day and night, so no customer hits voicemail.
• Write what the agent should know about your business in plain words, or start from ready-made templates for clinics, salons, real estate, schools, restaurants, service businesses and more.
• Speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati and many more languages, with a natural Indian accent where you want one.

DESIGN CALL FLOWS WITHOUT CODE
• Build the conversation step by step: speak, ask a question, answer from your FAQ, transfer to a person, schedule a call back, call your own API and more.
• Describe what you need and let AI draft the whole flow for you, then fine tune it.
• Record your own voice for any line, or let the agent speak it.
• Place a test call from the app to hear exactly what your callers will hear.

CALLING CAMPAIGNS AND SCHEDULED CALLS
• Upload a list or pick contacts and let your agent call them in your calling hours.
• Retry missed calls, call back at the time a customer asked for, and see the result of every call.

EVERY CALL, RECORDED AND SUMMARISED
• Call history with the full transcript, what the caller said, a summary and the recording when it is switched on.
• Contacts remember the last call's summary, so your team always has the context.

MORE IN ONE PLACE
• Phone numbers: use your own provider account or get a HelloCall number.
• Human calls: call any number yourself from the app through your headset.
• Website bot: add a chat and voice assistant to your website with one line of code.
• Block list and call forwarding for incoming calls.
• Notifications on WhatsApp and email after a call.
• Several organisations and team members under one sign-in.

Sign in with Google or with your email and password. Your HelloCall account works on the web, on the desktop app and on this Android app, so you can pick up wherever you left off.
