Safe Work is the free workplace safety app by Crash Move. The app enables organizations to quickly report incidents and alert local responders in situations such as accidents, fires, or risk situations.
Safe Work supports structured collaboration between employees, visitors, and responders, helping organizations act quickly and effectively during critical situations.

Key features
• Incident reporting
Easily report an accident, fire, or risk situation via the app.
Incidents can also be triggered automatically through physical emergency buttons, QR codes, or a fire alarm system (FAS).
• Local responder alerts
Available responders on-site are automatically alerted and can indicate their availability.
• Incident communication
Responders can communicate with each other to coordinate actions during an incident.
• Information sharing
Text and media can be added during an incident and securely shared with the local control room (if used).
• Safety status
Users can indicate whether they are safe or need assistance.

Free to use
The Safe Work app is free to download and use. Organizations can choose whether to enable additional features such as a local control room.

In life-threatening situations, always call 112 immediately. Safe Work supports internal emergency response but never replaces official emergency services.

Privacy & data protection
Safe Work respects user privacy:
• Data is processed in accordance with GDPR
• No continuous location tracking is performed
• Location data is only used when users are present at a location
• Data is securely stored and used solely for incident handling
• Personal data is anonymized when the app is removed
