2023-08-29	Li*****	Nightmare to open as it doesn't send sms pins. Then I get it fixed and support sends me an email saying my password has been reset and my thing is incomplete. I change my password again and get shut out of my account. Great idea but infuriating to use. Deleted.

2023-06-27	Pi*****	Poor service delivery. I paid for a vehicle report and got an email without any report. I have escalated the matter repeatedly, but STILL no report. I am seriously contemplating cancelling my subscription. Unacceptable service, with only a bot communicating to me 😡

2023-03-05	Wy*****	Great idea, but I unfortunately had to uninstall the app as it absolutely kills my phone's battery life. Hope this problem can be sorted out, but until then I won't be using it.

2023-02-08	Le*****	Very easy to setup. Just need to know your vehicle details before hand 😉 Love the additional features like road side assist etc. Will try for a month or two and if the app works like I hope it will,(trip recordings especially) I will definitely be subscribing...

2022-11-20	Wi*****	At the set up I couldn't get further than my email address (which is the first thing).It kept on saying enter a valid email address I deleted the app and downloaded again, same thing. Very disappointing 😞

2022-10-27	Ja*****	Constant crashes since the update two days ago. App is unstable and completely unusable. Please fix otherwise it defeats the object of having it.

2022-10-21	Se*****	Can't even get past the OTP screen. Requested 4 or 5 OPT's and everytime I tried to enter it, it just said "invalid" the moment I typed the first digit. I eventually exceeded my login attempts for the day and gave up.

2022-07-05	Am*****	Extremely frustrating to use. Did they even consult a UX Designer? It takes forever to complete basic details and if you make a mistake or need to add details such as allergies, you have to restart the entire wizard. Good idea. Bad user experience. Gave up half way through the onboarding process.

2022-06-25	Ma*****	Not user friendly at all. I wanted to add my bakkie and it just stops where you put in the registration number. The "guy" helping also just sends you back to the menu if you want to ask something. I deleted the app. Also lots of spelling errors which makes it a bit dodgy...
