Cragline

Cragline is a portrait mobile climbing game built around a precise one-thumb hook, swing, and reel system. You play an alpine climber searching for a safe and efficient line across sheer rock, blue ice, snow fixtures, deep fissures, and unstable rockfall. Drag to aim at a hold and release to fire the hook. Once it catches, tap to reel in, pull your body toward the anchor, and use the resulting swing to reach the next section of the wall.

Every grip and every second spent reeling consumes stamina. A successful ascent is therefore more than a sequence of quick taps: you must read hold spacing, anticipate your pendulum arc, preserve enough rope, and decide when a rare hold is worth the detour. Missed hooks break your rhythm, while a hard impact or an empty stamina bar can send the climber back toward the valley floor.

The campaign contains ten increasingly demanding walls arranged across four expedition tiers. Standard blue holds form dependable routes, while rare orange holds award additional summit prestige. Milestone climbs introduce active rockfall and tighter decisions, turning familiar movement into a focused extreme-face challenge. Runs are compact, usually lasting two to four minutes, but every attempt contributes to long-term progress.

Summit prestige remains with you after success or failure. Spend it at the Gear Shelf to improve five practical tools: pitons reduce stamina costs, ropes extend reach and reel faster, grapples fly farther, harnesses provide emergency saves, and boots strengthen swing momentum. Upgrades open more demanding routes without replacing the skill of reading the wall.

Twelve mountains wait in the Summit Log. Each completed peak records your best height, strongest combo, and number of ascents. Choose a wall, study its terrain, build a clean rhythm, and carve your own line through wind, ice, and falling stone before the rope and stamina run out.
