Enter your weight, gender and activity level, and the app calculates your daily water goal. You can always adjust the goal yourself, and enter your weight in kg or lb.

SMART REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW YOUR SLEEP
Set your wake-up and bedtime, and reminders arrive only during the hours you are awake, so your sleep is never interrupted. Choose your own reminder interval, and snooze a reminder by 15 minutes when you are busy.

LOGGING IN ONE TAP
Ready-made amounts for a cup, a glass and a bottle. Add your own amount and rearrange the quick add buttons to match your habits. Editing or deleting a record you got wrong takes one tap too.
