CPMS – Coach Placement Management System is a mobile application designed to digitally manage coach placement requests and movement workflows within railway workshops.

The application enables Shop users, Bahar Lane staff, and authorized workshop personnel to raise, review, approve, track, and monitor coach movement requests throughout the workshop lifecycle.

Users can create requests for coach placement, inter-shop movement, yard placement, and coach dispatch activities. The system provides a centralized workflow where Bahar Lane can review requests, assign placements, approve movements, monitor execution, and verify final coach positioning.

CPMS maintains complete request history, movement records, operational timelines, and audit trails, ensuring transparency and accountability across workshop operations.
