2024-09-02	Je*****	Diabolical I've wasted the best part of a day trying to get on to the JG Plus portal and each time I think I've made progress I get a message to say my username is wrong, my password is wrong, or my Account No. is wrong. This really isn't good enough!

2024-02-27	Jo*****	App is poor and despite phoning their helpline and leaving a message along with my contact details to obtain some help to regain acess, no one has bothered to return my call for over a month!! They are quick enough to send an invoice demanding payment within 14 days but their customer service is shocking. I wish our estate could sack them and find an alternative.
