best password manager for Windows

It no longer works on my Samsung Galaxy S20 and the dev has stopped replying to emails since late 2021. I hope he is OK (he is/was in Ukraine). It just crashes when trying to open any record now. Such a shame as I love the desktop version still, and have paid for a license.
