I have order for delivery, and made online payment on 1st November, since no body came to pick up, i have cancelld and asked for a refund amount ₹814.00 and the person have told me the refund amount will come within 7 working days, and i was waiting, but nothing came in my account, i have called them thrice and the staff told me they will check, i have informed all the order id and other details, but i haven't received anything till now, now its already 13th December. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Not a good experience so far. The shipping label arrives late - later than the pickup. Then there are no pickup attempts. The customer service isn't able to do much. EDIT: Bumping down to 1 star. The customer care number is out of service. The orders aren't picked. Just bad :(
