● Contact the provider via chat or phone at any time during the request.
● In case of any emergency circumstance, the application provides the ability to cancel the request with stating the reason within a period specified by the application.
● Rate the provider after receiving the order to improve the delivery service for you.
● Pay cash to the provider
● You can send any complaint or suggestions at any time about the request that you have made, and a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.
