Urban Priority Driver

Urban Priority Driver is the courier app for approved Urban Priority drivers.

The app helps drivers manage their onboarding, account status, assigned deliveries and live job workflow in one place.

Drivers can use the app to:

• Sign in to their driver account
• Complete onboarding checks
• Upload required driver and vehicle documents
• View approval or account status updates
• Receive and manage assigned delivery jobs
• View pickup and drop-off details
• Update delivery progress
• Use location-based features while working
• Communicate with Urban Priority support/admin when needed
• Review job and account information

Urban Priority Driver is intended only for drivers who are applying to work with, or have been approved by, Urban Priority Ltd.

Location use:
The app may use driver location while the driver is on duty or using delivery-related features. This supports dispatch, route visibility, delivery progress and operational safety. Location access is used for courier work purposes and is explained in the driver privacy and location policies.

This app is not for customer bookings. Customers should use the Urban Priority customer app or website.
