I have a serious issue with the collection of my location when I am logged off. As this is my own personal device that I use for work, you must cease and desist this practice immediately as it also violates the Alberta Privacy Act. I have no problem when I'm working, The tracking is being done. But I will not allow this on my personal time. How many other jurisdictions are you violating the Privacy Acts in. I will be forwarding this up with a complaint to the Alberta Privacy Commission.
