2026-07-31	Mi*****	mostly good, can't report a broken charger because it requires a photo for some reason and it won't accept one where the screen is washed out by the sun.

2026-07-31	Ra*****	A recent update now forces me to login almost every other time I open the app (several times a week). Especially bad if you're in a parking garage and have to leave the garage to get a data connection, log in, then hurry back into the garage to the charger, hooking someone else hasn't taken it already. Bad experience.

2026-07-31	Ri*****	It's okay but keeps asking me to review it. the pop-ups to review and rate the app keep getting in the way when I'm trying to use the app. when I've got the app open to use it I don't want to have to click out of messages about rating it etc, I just want to use the stupid thing. honestly if the chargers at work accepted contactless payment I'd uninstall it as it adds minimal value.

2026-07-30	Go*****	I see a charging station available while at my desk working. But as soon as I walk towards the company parking lot to charge my car, someone else gets it. This issue happens almost every day. Solution: I should be able to reserve it for 5 minutes under my name so it gives me enough time to move my car. Otherwise, three different drivers will be chasing/competing for the same available spot, but only one gets it. Not to mention the safety of driving within the parking lot, worried and in a hurry,

2026-07-30	Ru*****	It's ok but not great. the recent update has me logging in much too frequently and the login screen isn't something the Android OS can detect as a pw input so I need to copy and paste my pw now. Also doesn't seem to support passkey login at the moment.

2026-07-29	An*****	At a gas station, I can just tap my CC and fuel up. In this app, I need to create an account, then have the app freeze. Clear cache, restart. Works finally. Select charger, begin charging session, and.... it can't communicate... with what I don't know. I have 5 bars of cell service. So, so, so painful. I just want to charge.
