2026-08-10	Be*****	they are currently holding $210 on my account for a $1.67 charge they could have by now. that is a BS pre-authorization hold not needed at all. add a 30 minute hold giving you excuses to deal with customer support to top it off. big fail charge point, all excuses no accountability and I shouldn't have to wait a week for my change

2026-08-10	Ja*****	Latest updates are terrible! Every time I need the app, it has logged me out! Furthermore, it doesn't allow username and password auto fill, so that SUPER secure one-off password comes back to haunt you. Apps like this are why "password" is the most used password. Fix the login issue, fix the auto fill.

2026-08-10	I *****	Doesn't list all stations. Our building has a station I use frequently. It is not listed, so one cannot see if both ports are in use or not. Even if non public, allow to see the stations you used for charging so status can be found.

2026-08-10	Ch*****	Update UI looks great but functionality has gone downhill. Why an app would chose to give you less information with no way to get "the more information" back is beyond me. The graphs look better but don't show the breakdowns anymore, just the totals. Connecting and disconnecting my home charger is also a lot slower and more finicky.
