2021-06-06	Me*****	First off, let me say that I love CosmoLex's desktop version. The app just does not have enough features to compete with rival practice management software apps. For example, when it comes to client management, there is no option to message through the app. The dashboard is not customizable, so you are stuck with information that may not be relevant to the parts of the site you are using. For instance, I don't use task management because I'm only one person. It also doesn't function offline.

2019-05-09	A *****	can you please make this app rotatable on android phones? some screens are very awkward to work with or navigate when it cannot rotate to the horizontal wide view. also access to my call list could import client calls into my billables and save me so much time. thank you!

2018-10-09	A *****	Garbage, much like the core SaaS product. App constantly logs out, even after successfully using two factor auth and receiving email confirmation of the new session. When it did work in the past, the mobile component is so limited as to be generally useless for anything other than time entry. Can't believe we spend money on this platform...

2018-08-01	A *****	App needs serious updating. You cant access a lot of features in app. Also you cant see your notes section on the calendar which may have pertinent info you need on the go.

2017-10-04	A *****	The product itself is valuable. The reason I can not reccomend to others is the cost incurred for secondary users. No other software charges $600 per year just to allow an attorney to enter time at the same time office staff is entering data.
