User Reviews
Pros
- Easy setup and a user-friendly app.
- GPS/location tracking to monitor a child’s whereabouts.
- Strong parental controls, including focus modes and the ability to manage approved contacts.
- Text/call capabilities from the watch and app to stay connected with your child.
Cons
- GPS/location updates are slow or lag behind, leading to delayed awareness.
- Watch battery life is short and drains quickly, especially with location tracking.
- App is glitchy and clunky, with navigation and some features requiring use of a web portal.
- Typing on the watch is difficult due to a tiny keyboard and limited input options, with some messages not arriving during focus mode.
- Guardian/parent portal access is not as seamless for multiple caregivers and often requires separate logins or workarounds.
Recent reviews
Watches are the best, app might actually be the worst. The core feature, tracking, works, which is key. However SafeZones address entry is broken, entering into the Contacts area crashes the app (my kids are unable to have any friends on their watches), the messages area to setup group chat also crashes so that feature is also broken. The kids do miss the larger (scrolling) keyboard from the SyncUp. Leaving the un-modified Android keyboard to shrink down to the watch size was not a good choice.

I had a terrible experience. it took me 3 months of emailing back and forth trying to cancel My account while they were still charging me. I had to make a phone call to cancel my account. There was no button to cancel. The customer service kept trying to fix things I didn't want fixed. awful experience, awful company. watch quality was not good, couldn't always see exact location, delayed updates on my child's location

If your service reliability continues to be so atrocious we will look for another service elsewhere. The continued unreliability is very much an issue. this is the kind of thing that needs to work 99% of the time or it's garbage.
