CosmetoCard: Beauty Client CRM

CosmetoCard is a tablet workspace for cosmetologists and beauty professionals. Client records, appointment schedule, procedures, before/after photos and income live in one app that works fully offline.

Your data stays on your tablet. Nothing is sent to any server — your client base belongs to you, not to us.

WHAT THE APP DOES

Client records. Contacts, date of birth, skin type and condition, allergies with details, contraindications, notes and photos. Search by name, phone or email.

Schedule. Appointments by date plus reminders for upcoming visits. Tap an entry to open the visit card.

Visit card. Procedure, date and time, price, notes before and after the appointment. Status changes with one tap: planned, completed, cancelled.

Face map. Mark treatment zones on a face chart before and after a procedure — the marks are saved in the client's history.

Before/after photos. Pictures are linked to the client and the visit.

Procedures. Your service catalogue with prices and duration. 20 common procedures are preloaded — edit them to fit your practice.

Income. A revenue report for any period, based on completed visits.

Backups. Create a database copy with one tap and keep it in your email or cloud. Moving to a new tablet takes minutes.

Four interface languages: English, Ukrainian, Polish, German. Three colour themes.

14 days and up to 5 client records — no payment, no registration. After that, a monthly or yearly subscription via Google Play. The subscription is linked to your Google account, so it survives a tablet change.

If the subscription ends, your data does not disappear: the app keeps it available in read-only mode.

CosmetoCard is built by SensFlow together with a practising cosmetologist — so it has what a beauty room needs every day, and nothing else.
