• Automatically import your already registered workouts — without needing to manually record anything.

• Track distance, pace, splits, heart rate, and elevation gain for each activity.

• Compare your completed workout with your planned workout and receive feedback from your coach.

• See your statistics and personal records improve over time.

• Follow the coaching feed, interact with other athletes, and feel part of the group.

Automatic Import of Your Workouts

The app doesn't record workouts using its own GPS: with your permission, it gathers activities already registered in services like Strava, Apple Health, and Health Connect. This way, your workouts appear here automatically, ready for you and your coach to analyze.

Privacy First

Access to your health and activity data always depends on your authorization and can be revoked at any time. The data is used only for monitoring your training—it is never sold or used for advertising.
