Recent reviews

Works very well for getting taxi and payment. So you know more or less what you will have to pay. Taxi usually arrived within a few minutes, identified by number plate. Also, HK taxis are quite cheap compared to most big cities.

the app itself is good and simple but the infrastructure supporting it is awful. in peak hours, the app just doesn't work. both the taxi driver and I were trying to access the app earlier and we couldn't so I had to pay cash and wonder if I was going to be double charged. as a payment operator, the HK regulators should look into the app's loading support and business contingency plans. unacceptable.
